Guangdong Just Agrotech signs agreement with Valagro for distribution of Megafol® and MC Extra® in China

Guangdong Just Agrotech Co., Ltd and Valagro (Shanghai) Trading Co., Ltd executed a nationwide distribution agreement for Megafol® and MC Extra®, at a signing ceremony on November 28, 2020, at the head office of Just Agrotech in China.

Megafol® and MC Extra® are Valagro's worldwide best-selling competitive products. The signing of the distribution agreement with Just Agrotech Co., Ltd shows an intensified cooperation between the two. The two companies expressed the willingness to cooperate more closely in various business areas such as brand building, market management and further development of the solutions based upon the two prime products, so as to realize a unified business deployment in crop production regions in China, which will help technical service providers to better serve growers.

Megafol® plays a key role in Just Agrotech’s continued exploration of healthy, high-quality and efficient crop solutions, which are mainly applied to stress management, such as resistance of disease / waterlogging / drought / high and low temperature / typhoon / hail / mechanical damage, mitigation of pesticide and fertilizer damage. In the last 16 years of promotion and application, the product has been widely used in the management of banana, litchi, citrus and mango in southern China against abiotic stress. It is also widely used in the health management of fruit trees, protected melons and vegetables in northern China.

MC Extra® is a root-stimulating stress resistant agent based on the essentials of the North Atlantic, being Just Agrotech’s key solution out of its overall health solutions. It is mainly used for root growth, vegetative growth, reproductive growth, photosynthesis increase, which lead to greener and thicker leaves as well as enhanced flowering and fruiting, having been applied to fruit trees and vegetables all over the country.

It has been 14 years since Just Agrotech’s cooperation with Valagro, and a long-term close strategic partnership has been established between the two companies. Via the cooperation in the two products, Just Agrotech is able to further strengthen and improve its crop health management product portfolio, and will strive to provide healthier and more efficient high-quality solutions for grower to better serve Chinese agriculture.
