Shaanxi Meibang builds production capacity for 37 pesticide technicals including chlorantraniliprole and spirotetramat

In November, the environmental impact assessment of Shaanxi Nuozheng Biotechnology with an annual output of 20,000 tons of pesticide technical and intermediate production line construction project was open to public on the local government’s website. Shaanxi Nuozheng Biotechnology is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shaanxi Meibang Group.

The project is located in the Industrial Park of Weinan City, Shaanxi Province in China, and contains 37 high-efficiency and low-toxic synthetic pesticide technical production lines. The investment amount of the project is over 1.38 billion yuan. 

The first-stage of production includes: annual output of 7,600 tons of pesticide technicals and intermediates, including: chlorfenapyr 2000t/a, pymetrozine 1000t/a, difenoconazole 2000t/a, and oxine-copper 2000t/a , multifunctional workshop 600t/a. The second-stage of production includes: annual output of pesticide technical and intermediates 12,400 tons, including tolfenpyrad, spirotetramat, flonicamid, chlorantraniliprole and other 21 kinds product.
