Recruitment: Regional Manager - Agricultural Farm Tools, base in Singapore or Malaysia

Zagro is a Singapore public limited company, strong in heritage and very experienced in providing Agrisolutions to farmers in agriculture and animal husbandry. It manufactures and distributes a wide range of nutrition and protection products for animal health and crop care.

REGIONAL MANAGER-Agricultural Farm Tools
Base: Singapore or Malaysia
Job Responsibilities:
| • | Responsible for the development of an operating plan for establishing sales traction in the region for the company's products and services |
| • | Follow sales leads, analyze sales trends, carry out market research |
| • | Provide feedback and input from the market to help shape marketing strategy |
| • | Proactive and continuously looks for ways to improve the sales process for the Company’s to grow, capture market share and revenue growth |
Job Requirements:
| • | Degree in Agriculture/ Marketing/ Business/ Engineering or related disciplines |
| • | 5 years of relevant experience in an agricultural farm tools industry |
| • | Has good industry contacts |
| • | Good knowledge of importation/ exportation requirements |
| • | Strong commercial acumen |
