Inner Mongolia Derui Biotechnology begins construction of 10,000 ton-thiamethoxam, 3,000 ton-clothianidin technical project

On 28th September, China’s agrochemical company Inner Mongolia Derui Biotechnology Co., Ltd. began the construction of its technical material project, with a total investment of Yuan559 million, at a site with a land area of 15 hectares in Wuhai City.
The project will produce 10,000 tons of thiamethoxam, 20,000 tons of 2-chloro-5-chloromethylthiazole and 3,000 tons of clothianidin. After the project is completed and begins operation, the company can achieve annual sales of Yuan1.5 billion, with a profit and tax contribution of Yuan550 million, utilizing Wuhai’s resource advantages in terms of liquid chlorine and liquid caustic soda.
