INCOTEC enters into agreement to purchase seed technology company AgriCoat

INCOTEC, Salinas, California, announced it has signed a Letter Of Intent to purchase AgriCoat, LLC, located in Soledad California. AgriCoat is a specialized California seed technology company with a strong position in the organic market which includes a special and unique seed treatment product, Natural II.

"AgriCoat has been very successful in the market and we believe their knowledge along with the Natural II product will compliment INCOTEC’s strategic direction not only in the US but globally” states David Pickenpaugh, President and General Manager. “We will continue to deliver the highest level of service and great products that has been established by the great people of AgriCoat to their customers.”
