Inner Mongolia Xingfa Science and Technology achieving record-high glyphosate production in a single month

On August, 4,239 tons of glyphosate technical was held in storage in the Inner Mongolia Xingfa Science and Technology Ltd warehouse, reflecting a record-high level of production. 

Since May, remarkable progress has been made in the production of glyphosate by the company, in terms of stabilization of quality, increase of output, reduction of cost and increase of efficiency, as being achieved through the implementation of the continuous optimization of the production process, adjustment of product structure, reduction of waste and loss, as well as following production plans. While ensuring stable product quality to meet customer requirements, the glyphosate workshop could increase production capacity and set a new production record for a single month.

At present, the glyphosate market looks quite good. The breakthrough in production and operation is an inspiration and encouragement to the future operations of the company. The company is prepared to continue optimization of its production process, product quality and output, and is endeavoring to see new breakthroughs, while ensuring safe, stable, long-term and full load running of production units.

Some time ago, Inner Mongolia Xingfa Science and Technology made an investment of Yuan125.81 million in a technical upgrade of the annual 50,000-ton glyphosate technical facility in the fine chemicals park of Wuda Economic Development Zone. The technical upgrade began in December 2019, and is scheduled for completion by the end of December 2020.
