Sino-Agri United Biotechnology raises funds from A-share IPO for pesticide projects, including 5,000-ton acetamiprid technical production

ChinaSeveral days ago, Shandong Sino-Agri United Biotechnology issued an A-Share IPO in China totaling under 27.40 million shares, which will account for 25% of the company's total equity.
This move will help fund a 3,300-ton insecticide technical project, a 10,000-ton 2-chloro-5-(chloromethyl) pyridine project, and a 5,000-ton acetamiprid technical project, as well as provide working capital. The above projects are expected to help the company achieve its goals development goal and business expansion and increase profitability.
