On December 29, 2019, China’s agrochemical company Seven Continent Green Chemical (Jining) released a first-time public notification on the environmental impact assessment pertaining to the annual 47,500-ton high-end fine chemicals project. Seven Continent Green Chemical (Jining) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jiangsu Seven Continent Green Chemical.
Seven Continent Green Chemical (Jining) plans to invest Yuan3.05659 billion to build a 47,500-ton high-end fine chemicals production facility, which is located at the Jining Chemical Industrial Park (formerly Jining New Material Industrial Park). After completion, the project will be able to annually produce 47,500 tons of high-end fine chemical products including 8,000 tons of prothioconazole, 2,000 tons of paclobutrazol, 1,000 tons of hexaconazole, 500 tons of triadimenol, 10,000 tons of tebuconazole, 1,000 tons of triazolone, 8,000 tons of epoxides and hydrazines, 10,000 tons of glufosinate-p and 3,000 tons of clethodim.
