Committed to meeting market demand and offering efficient services to rural producers, FMC announced a change to leadership with the hiring of Daniela Tavares.
Tavares, who will work as Marketing Director in Brazil, has a bachelor's degree in Production Engineering from Centro Universitário FEI and an MBA in Strategic Marketing from ESPM. With over 20 years of experience in the global chemical and agribusiness sector, she has worked in the areas of business management, company mergers, marketing and sales, and is always looking to offer the best customer experience.
At FMC, Daniela will be responsible for defining and implementing marketing strategies aligned with the global and regional objectives of the business. “This mission is challenging, and I am sure that, together with my team, we will contribute to the growth of FMC by delivering the best solutions and technologies with quality and sustainability to producers. We invest heavily in research and development. It is a pleasure to work for an agribusiness company that achieves its development through being close to Brazilian farmers,” she explained.
According to Marcelo Magurno (Business Director of Brazil), the area of marketing plays a key role in the journey of transformation that the company has been experiencing in Brazilian agribusiness. “We are confident that Daniela's extensive knowledge will add significant value to our business. We are a company focused on innovation and committed to the discovery of new active principles, product formulations and technologies, and we want to be even closer to producers to understand and meet their real needs,” he pointed out.
