This January, Nortox launched "Akcelo," an electronic reseller relationship platform that aims to achieve good results. According to Marcelo Percinoto Poliseli (Nortox Market Access Manager) the goal is to modernize communication in this sector, as well as streamline business processes, simplify systems, offer unique services and functionality, identify needs and solutions, achieve results, and attract business.
The platform enables registered users to access Nortox's full portfolio of pesticide multicultures, as well as its entire plant nutrition line via unique soil and leaf granules, application technology solutions and bioactivators, hybrid corn seed line, and sorghum.
“We live in an increasingly digitized world, where solutions are constantly emerging to ease the demands of everyday life. The agro segment is no different. With Akcelo, Nortox provides a unique relationship platform in an environment where everything is 100% online and available 24 hours a day,” Poliseli said.
Through Akcelo, the user can conduct business transactions with access to the purchase and delivery status of each order, as well as to credit and registered financial information, the participation and consultation services of loyalty and incentive programs, updated market information, and training by consultants and researchers from renowned Brazilian agribusiness companies, which are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
“In short, we are talking about a dynamic and interactive platform with full consultancy and support services after entering a login and password, as well as complete confidentiality and security in terms of all processes and data entered, whatever in terms of transactions or procedures,” Poliseli added.
Nortox also pointed out that its history has been marked by innovation. “This is what happened. For example, in the 1980s, when we pioneered glyphosate production in Brazil, we made it possible to adopt large-scale no-till farming in the country. Nortox is the only 100% Brazilian company in the sector that operates in three business platforms, which are pesticides, fertilizers and hybrid corn and sorghum seeds,” it stated.
Nortox has three industrial units in Brazil, which are its headquarters in Arapongas, PR, and two other plants in Rondonópolis, MT, and Serrana, SP. It also has sales representatives in all states of the federation. In 2017, the company began its expansion into the international market. It is already active in Paraguay and Chile and is planning to expand into Colombia, Peru and Uruguay.
“Nortox's strategy has always been to walk alongside producers and get to know their realities and challenges, to achieve competitiveness and safely. The Akcelo platform is another important step in this direction, confirming once again the company’s motto, ‘Tradition and Innovation, from Generation to Generation’,” Poliseli concluded.
