EU grants CAC Nantong Chemical Co., Ltd. new process patent for Azoxystrobin production

The patent is related to a new manufacturing process for Azoxystrobin, which can significantly increase product quality and production yield, while reducing waste generated during manufacturing.
The approval of the patent in the EU is part of the global patent structure of CAC Nantong. This patent has already been granted by five countries, which are China, the US, Australia, South Africa and Ukraine.
CAC Nantong has always stood for innovation and the protection of intellectual property rights, and has kept investing in independent innovation in intellectual property for many years. The independent IP office at CAC Nantong is dedicated to studying patents and IP protection, and is involved in all new internal product development from the starting stage of each project. The office will draft a clear FTO strategy for all potential products in the R&D pipeline, enabling the company to participate effectively in the off-patent market.
CAC Nantong and its affiliates have applied for over 300 patents in several countries over the last several years, and over 100 of them have been granted.

As well as the EU, CAC Nantong also filed patents in all major Azoxystrobin markets, including Brazil, Argentina, Japan, Korea, Israel, Canada, India, Vietnam and New Zealand. These applications are still in process.
