Four months after their first announcement, Caussade Semences Group and Euralis Semences have just confirmed their merger. "The project is running according to schedule," according to the two seed companies.
In July, Caussade Semences Group and Euralis Semences announced the entry into discussion for a possible reconciliation . It has just been confirmed today, "the boards of directors of the two seed companies having validated the interest of the project," they explain in a joint statement.
The aim of this merger is to "significantly strengthen the market position of brands in Europe by offering a wider range of products and varieties recognized by farmers and distributors". Caussade Semences Group and Euralis Semences are now "in a consulting phase to obtain the necessary authorizations for the completion of the operation".
