Dividend Payment to Govt. of India by PDIL for FY 2018-19

In a brief ceremony held in Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers, Shastri Bhawan, New Delhi, on 22.10.2019, Hon’ble Minister (Chemicals & Fertilisers) Sh  D V Sadanand Gowda Ji was  presented Cheque of Rs 11.80 crore  for  “Dividend, highest ever, for the year 2018-19”  by Sh Partha Sarthi  Sen Sharma (IAS), CMD, PDIL in presence of Hon’ble Minister of State (Chemicals & Fertilizers) Sh Mansukh L Mandaviya and Secretary (Fertilizers), Sh Chhabilendra Roul (IAS). Senior Officials of  Department of Fertilisers (DoF)  and  PDIL were also present on the Occasion.
 
Projects & Development India Ltd (PDIL) is a Mini Ratna Category-I, Engineering-Consultancy PSU under Department of Fertilizers (DoF), Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers, Government of India.  PDIL achieved record Financial performance during FY 2018-19 including  highest ever Profit after Tax (PAT) of Rs 30.36 crore, highest ever Turnover of Rs131.50 crore, highest ever Revenue from Operations of Rs116.50 crore, apart from paying  highest ever Dividend to Govt. of India of Rs 11.80 crore.
 
PDIL provides entire gamut of concept to commissioning Engineering- Consultancy services for Fertilizers Projects and Non-Fertiliser Projects in diversified areas such as Refinery, Oil & gas, Pipelines, Infrastructure etc. PDIL is presently executing prestigious Ammonia-Urea Fertilizer Projects of M/s Hindustan Urvarak & Rasayan Ltd (HURL) at Gorakhpur (UP), Sindri (Jharkhand) and Barauni (Bihar) and also other Work Orders in Fertilizers and Non-Fertilizers Sector.
