Nantong Jiangshan Agrochemical & Chemical Co., Ltd (Nantong Jiangshan) released an announcement that its new American subsidiary completed registration in the US, and finished filing formalities in relevant department in China. Detailed information about the registration and filling formalities is presented as follow.

On 29 March, 2019, Nantong Jiangshan convened a meeting, and adopted the resolution to establish a wholly owned subsidiary in the US.
