Nufarm deputy chairman Doug Curlewis will step down from the embattled crop protection groups board after its annual meeting on Thursday after a decade as a director of the company.
Nufarm is also recruiting a second director to its board after chairman Kerry Hoggard retired earlier in the year due to illness.
Nufarm, which is under pressure to make management changes after a series of profit downgrades this year, is in marathon talks with its banks to refinance facilities by December 15.
