Vegalab Honored As “Best Fertilizer Company” at National Hemp Expo in Louisville, Kentucky

United StatesThis was the inaugural year for the exposition, which highlighted the rapidly growing market for hemp seed and fiber, which are utilized to create a plethora of products including cannabidiol (CBD oil), the demand for which is growing at an explosive rate. The show offered over 1300 growers and industry representatives the opportunity to walk an exhibition space where Vegalab was one of over 50 exhibitors - as well as a title sponsor of the event.
In addition to the exhibition area, the show featured two days of industry expert panels. Vegalab, Inc. sales representative, Greg Sanford, participated in the “Soil, Fertility, and Farming Methods” panel, which gave him the opportunity to explain the intrinsic value of Vegalab’s “soft chemistry” fertility and crop protection products to the over 150 farmer/growers in attendance.
At the conclusion of the Expo, exhibitor awards were presented in six categories. Recognizing that Vegalab’s products are a “natural” for hemp growers, particularly those growing hemp for CBD production, the judges voted Vegalab, Inc. the Best Fertilizer Company at the show. The judges likely took into account the fact that Vegalab’s fertility and crop protection products are sustainable, all natural, and safe for human consumption; that growers using poisonous synthetic pesticides on their crop run the risk of those pesticides showing up in processor testing; and that when that happens, the entire crop is rejected.
