AgroPages-Jiangshan Agrochemical to launch US subsidiary-Agricultural news

Nantong Jiangshan Agrochemical has announced it will launch a wholly-owned subsidiary in the US, to be named Jiangshan America LLC and located in the State of Delaware with a registered capital of Yuan500,000. The business plan for the subsidiary will cover pesticide registration, sales, trading, brand management and technical consultancy.

The announcement by Jiangshan Agrochemical said that the establishment of the subsidiary in the US will help the company extend its market share in the US, promote the influence of its brand and expand the sales of the company’s products. The subsidiary is expected to play an important role in the future growth of the company, which is in the best interest of shareholders and the long-term development strategy of the company.
