AgriMetis, LLC, recently announced Dr. Thomas Hayden has joined the company as Field Biology Lead. Dr. Hayden is welcomed by a growing team of industry veterans who are working to discover, develop, and deliver innovative crop protection compounds to the industry. Dr. Hayden will lead all field biology activities within AgriMetis, including the design, management and interpretation of crop protection efficacy and crop safety trials in a field environment. Tom draws on over twenty-five years of experience in field research and new product development in the agricultural products and seed industries. He has worked across the crop protection delivery channel, including time at American Cyanamid, BASF, BASF Plant Science, Cheminova, and Winfield United.
Brian Green, Vice President of Research and Development at AgriMetis, said, “We are excited to have Tom join our team. AgriMetis has been conducting field trials for several years, but as our programs advance toward commercialization and our project pipeline swells, we are ready to expand our capabilities.
