Ag Connections, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Syngenta, recently announced it has moved its headquarters to an office space in downtown Murray, Kentucky, to accommodate its continued growth.

Ag Connections develops farm management software solutions to help growers manage their operations through cloud-based data storage and analysis. Its Land.db® software was among the first commercial farm management programs in the industry and is an integral component of the AgriEdge Excelsior® program from Syngenta.

The larger facility will enable Ag Connections to continue driving innovative technology to help farmers maximize resources and profitability. The company will occupy the second floor of Swann Warehouse, a historic building recently renovated into a modern office complex in downtown Murray.

“The move represents an exciting chapter for Ag Connections,” said Ron Cowman, global farm management systems manager, Syngenta. “The new headquarters will accommodate our current staff, but has room for us to grow as we continue to develop digital ag products and technologies.”

The collaboration between Syngenta and Ag Connections will remain focused on developing and deploying cutting-edge technology across the North American and global landscape. Land.db captures information associated with a farmer’s operation and examines each acre to evaluate field-level profitability.

“We started over 17 years ago and now we have more than 20 million acres enrolled in the program,” said Dan Burdett, global head of digital agriculture, Syngenta. “That’s a testament to the dedication of both Ag Connections and Syngenta to strengthen our offerings so that we can better meet growers’ needs.”

The Good Growth Plan underscores the commitment of Syngenta to improving the sustainability of agriculture to help farmers grow more with fewer resources and improve life for people in rural communities. Innovative tools like Land.db software enable growers to operate more efficiently, while improving productivity, profitability and sustainability.
