AlgaEnergy launches its novel concept of “Integral Biostimulation”

Since the launch in 2015 of AgriAlgae®, its range of agricultural microalgae based biostimulants. AlgaEnergy has positioned itself as a worldwide reference in this high value agricultural inputs industry. In order to keep reinforcing this position, the biotechnology company has launched the concept of “Integral Biostimulation®”, a novel focus based on the basic pillars on which its value proposition is based, such as innovation, sustainability and effectiveness.
The immense knowledge of microalgae and agriculture that AlgaEnergy’s team provides, together with a unique range of products in the market obtained from a first quality raw material, combined with its exclusive UPT® technology, allow the biotech company to offer to the farmer a tailor-made and integral solution for each crop, depending on its specific needs.
While biostimulants are currently being used as mostly a punctual input to optimize the performance of crops under particular conditions, such as an abiotic stress episode, AlgaEnergy is demonstrating that different microalgae can provide valuable tools to optimize the performances throughout all physiological developments. In fact, when following the “Integral Biostimulation®” protocols recommended by AlgaEnergy’s technicians, farmers obtain greater yields and a considerable increase of its economic benefits.
A fundamental piece of the visual identity created to illustrate this new concept are the icons that represent the key factors that allow AlgaEnergy to make a tailored recommendation in order to answer the questions ‘what?’ -product-, ‘when?’ -application moment-, ‘how much?’ – dosage- and ‘how?’ -application mode-.
The first and most important of them, refers to the tailored product, and is represented by photobioreactors, AlgaEnergy’s own developed technologies to culture an unparalleled amount of different microalgae species in a fully parametrized and controlled way. Combining the biomass of carefully selected microalgae strains which are mixed in an optimal proportion, the company elaborates the full range of AgriAlgae® biostimulants. Next to that icon, three more appear to showcase how AgriAlgae® provides benefits during the whole crop cycle according to the specific demands of each phenological phase, referring to: the ideal dosage, the right timing and the most appropriate application method.
AlgaEnergy will take advantage of its participation in the next edition of Fruit Attraction to introduce this novel concept, in world premiere. In this way, the biotech company wants to reinforce its positioning as a company supplying high quality, natural, sustainable and science based solutions to increase the farmers’ competitiveness all over the world.
