AgroPages-Subsidiary of Suli Co., Ltd launches operations in Shanghai at cost of Yuan10 million-Agricultural news

Recently, Jiangyin Suli Chemical, a subsidiary of Chinese agrochemical company Suli Co., Ltd, spent Yuan10 million to begin operations of a wholly-owned subsidiary in Shanghai named Suli Agricultural Science and Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.

The new subsidiary will operate as an agrotechnical consultancy, along with providing technical services, technical transfers, technical development, marketing of fertilizers, landscaping engineering, pest control, as well as the sales of chemicals and raw materials.

Suli Co., Ltd is a nationally and internationally leading chlorothalonil technical and azoxystrobin technical producer. According to its 1H 2018 semiannual report, the company posted a consolidated business income of Yuan812 million, which is a 10.71% increase year on year, with net profits of Yuan153 million, being a 34.64% increase year on year.
