German court prohibited report claiming Bayer’s dicamba lawsuit

Upon application by Bayer, the German Hamburg Regional Court on August 20, 2018, prohibited last Thursday’s report by German magazine WirtschaftsWoche claiming that Bayer faces “new trouble” because of further lawsuits against Monsanto in connection with Dicamba. In its print issue on last Friday, WirtschaftsWoche again reported incorrectly that “new lawsuits” had been filed against Monsanto.
