Bombay Super Hybrid Seeds Ltd,has successfully debuted on National Stock Exchange of India on 25th April. The Initial Public Offerings remarkably oversubscribed by almost 10 times.

According to Mr. Arvindkumar.Kakadiya (pictured), Managing Director, this spectacular response in stock subscription of company is due to achievement of annual turnover of INR 109 Crore in year 17-18 with revenue growth of almost 300 % in last 3 years.

According to Mr.Arvindkumar, a young & dynamic enterpreneur, the funds will be utilized for strengthening R & D as well as high tech seed processing and storage facilities at Rajkot, Gujarat State.

As per Mr.Hemang Baxi, Executive Director who also possess Masters in Agriculture with 25 years of seed industry experience: "The Company has a significant presence in the groundnut, alfalfa, onion and coriander seed segments and is expanding into vegetable and forage seeds."

It is worth noting that such a powerful debut of a seed company on the stock market has opened Investor attraction towards the seed Industry and also opened a new source of cheap finance for development.
