Sapec Agro launches Montana Supra herbicide in Portugal

Portuguese company Sapec Agro recently launched the herbicide Montana Supra 450 SL in the domestic market.
According to the company, “This herbicide is a five-power technology product developed in the Sapec Agro laboratories, which uses the effectiveness of glyphosate (450 g/L) to make cutting-edge formulations.”
“The new formulation guarantees an excellent performance for the control of weeds, even in adverse conditions, as well as the safety of the applicator and the environment. Montana Supra 450 SL presents higher solubility of the glyphosate molecule, even in water with high levels of salt, ensuring quick absorption by the weeds and faster translocation. The symptoms are visible for some days, but the infestants stop developing within the first few hours of the application of the product,” the company stated.
This herbicide is homologated for several permanent crops, no-tillage technique crops and winter cereals during pre-seedling and post-harvest.
