Advanta Seeds wins Gulf Sustainability and CSR Award 2018

Advanta Seeds, A UPL Group Company specializing in innovative agricultural solutions, has won the prestigious Gulf Sustainability and CSR Award 2018. The award is for introducing ZEBA technology in the UAE and the Middle East Region. ZEBA is a soil enhancement, water and nutrient management technology which is already successful in many geographies and has diverse application from turf and grass, to landscaping and agriculture.

“We are very appreciative of the process involved in the sustainability awards for 2018. Entering into and winning the Water and Management category was important to us. As a company we are very committed to the process of not only water conservation, but the management of the water and water systems to avoid wasted water and the costs incurred with replacement of planting stock. We were very excited about the opportunity to present ZEBA as a sustainable solution for UAE and Middle East,” shared Kevin Ashford, UPL Global Technology Lead, Water & Soil Technologies.

Altogether there were twenty-four category award winners on the day. Competing against the region's most prominent companies from diverse industries, ZEBA won its category and was recognized for the impact it can create in the region.
