Seedway acquires the assets of Wise Seed Company, Inc.

SEEDWAY, LLC has acquired the assets of Wise Seed Company, Inc., Frostproof, FL from the Wise family who owned and operated the business for 48 years. Nearly 50 years and three generations later, the Wise family provided a high level of custom harvest service and seed to their customers throughout the Central and South Florida region. “It is with great pride and heritage that we announce the successful acquisition of SEEDWAY, LLC acquiring the seed harvesting and sales divisions of Wise Seed Company, Inc. SEEDWAY has an extensive history in the farm, turf, and cover crop seed business. Along with an extensive offering of high quality seed varieties and knowledge, SEEDWAY has retained several Wise Seed Company Staff members in addition to Tony Wise, Jim Wise, and Justin Wise, who will operate business from the existing location located at 930 County Road 630 West, Frostproof, FL.
