AgroPages-China’s Zibo City publishes list of producers operating during non-peak period of winter 2017-Agricultural news

By Think Real - Recently, Zibo City in Shandong Province, China, published the Notice of Implementation Plan of Regulation on Industrial Enterprises Operating during Non-peak Period of Winter 2017, which targeted at key industries like steel, coking, pharmaceuticals and pesticides for four months (15 Nov., 2017-15 March, 2018).

It was pointed out in the notice that pesticide enterprises using organic solvents during production shall suspend production due to their discharge of VOCs (volatile organic compounds). Enterprises that have to produce shall apply for provincial government approval before the end of Sept.; if their applications are not approved, their production shall be suspended.
