Hunan Haili’s wholly-owned subsidiary to build 2,000t/a pirimiphos-methyl production facility

Upon completion of the project, Haili’s product chain will be greatly extended and its leading position in pesticide production will be reinforced, which will be a benefit to the sound and sustainable development of the company.
Haili Chemical has years of experience in pirimiphos-methyl production and is recognized by users for its reliable product quality. The company's main clients recently requested raising the bar for quality, such as controlling all impurities, which the initial production process could not do. With new opportunities and challenges arising, Hunan Chemical Research Institute, the wholly-owned subsidiary of Haili Chemical, conducted experiments and pilot production schemes, through which product quality was upgraded. The pilot production samples have also been validated by customers.
To this end, Haili Chemical has decided to build a highly efficient, low-toxicity 2,000t/a pirimiphos-methyl production facility using a mature synthesis process, which ensures product quality reaches advanced national and international standards. The new plant is designed to fully comply with environmental compliance regulations while reducing energy consumption, which will lay a solid foundation for recycling and the reutilization of resources. The industrialization of new technology will also allow the company's product structure to be upgraded.
