Dicamba sales drives Yangnong Chemical’s semi-annual net profit up 19.09%

ChinaPyrethroid is the main product of Yangnong Chemical and the company is the only one that engages itself in the product covering basic chemical material, synthesis of intermediate and production of pyrethroid. The key intermediate used by the company for production of pyrethroid is self-prepared and fully utilized. Compared with other industry players, Yangnong Chemical has got the apparent cost advantages of its well-established industry chain.
Glyphosate and dicamba are the 2 main herbicide varieties of the company. The semi-annual report shows that during this report period the company made full effort to seize opportunities to enhance the sales of dicamba, resulting in a significant growth of sales of dicamba, which has become a new source of growth of the company. In the meantime, the company proceeded with registrations in major countries in a well-organized manner in preparation for future market development. The company also endeavored to promote sales of its products, the sales of which were significantly increased, which led to continued optimization of the product sales structure. During this report period, the company achieved direct export of Yuan1.148 billion, 15.08 percent up year on year.
During this report period, the company actively prompted the construction of the phase 2 of its subsidiary Jiangsu Youjia Crop Protection Ltd, where a number of production facilities were brought on stream, which played a good foundation for the company’s transformation and upgrading initiative.
