Meghmani Organics incorporates new wholly-owned subsidiary

Meghmani Agrochemicals is incorporated in India and registered with the registrar of companies, Ahmedabad on August 23, 2017 and is yet to commence its business operations.
The acquisition took place at a cost of Rs 1,00,000 (10,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each). The objective behind the incorporation was to manufacture and sale of chemicals and chemical products.
