The final use of Arysta LifeScience’s Kaligreen (Potassium hydrogencarbonate) is undergoing a procedure of tests and final evaluations for the control of the apple scab in apple in Brazil.
It is a fungicide with shock action, which does not leave a residue and has a microencapsulated technology and organic certificate for the markets of United States, Germany, and Japan.
Kaligreen already has a recommendation for the control of powdery mildew, with variations of Oidium mangiferae and Sphaerotheca fuliginea, for several crops, including avocado, pineapple, pumpkin, zucchini, cocoa, kiwi, papaya, mango, passion fruit, cucumber, gherkin, and pomegranate.
The maker of the product, Arysta LifeScience launched the fungicide during the XV National Meeting about Fruits of Temperate Weather. The event took place last month at the Appel Park, located in Fraiburgo, Santa Catarina.
“Arysta is a traditional partner of apple producers and will have its staff of experts available to attend fruit growers and give detailed information about its products, besides the Pronutiva program,” affirmed Otávio Mamede, coordinator of Marketing and Biosolutions at Arysta LifeScience.
