Noposion buys controlling stake in Sichuan Leshan Sibeier

Leshan Sibeier Agricultural Material is the operator of the Leshan portion of the e-platform Tian Tian Quan, and is the first agricultural material company to set up a farm product traceability system.
Since 2015, the company has collaborated with Noposion in the joint development of the Tian Tian Quan e-platform. Leshan Sibeier Agricultural Material has established 21 standard shops and developed some 6,000 members, with a service area covering the downtown of Leshan, Wutongqiao, Shawan and Jingyan districts.
The Tian Tian Quan-supported “1-town-with-several-shop” model in Mouzi Town and the 1-town-with-1-shop model” in Angu Town, which are established by Leshan Sibeier Agricultural Material, have attracted large number of customers.
After the share transfer, the two parties will initiate financing, insurance and aviation crop protection-associated business activities, so as to achieve a breakthrough in agriculture-oriented financing services through collaboration with farms or major farmers to ensure farmers’ accessibility to purchasing production materials.
It is intended to introduce the presence of the “agricultural brothers fruit sourcing” platform to provide a “production, harvesting and purchasing” integrated service to shape a regional comprehensive service.
Noposion said the company is interested in equity cooperation with excellent regional distributors to jointly establish more regional service providers.
