Incotec strengthens North American Sales teams

Incotec strengthens its North American commercial sales teams with the appointment of Shawna Castro to Account Manager. Shawna will be based in Incotec’s Salinas office with a focus on coastal and desert customers.

“Shawna brings a wealth of industry knowledge and experience to her new Account Manager role. Over the past 10 years, Shawna has continually worked with all departments to deliver the Incotec experience to all of our customers. Her approach to customer service insures our customers have the best experience possible but has also provided Shawna with experience and insight to be successful in her new role. She continually demonstrates a passion and ability to build relationships and understanding of customer needs that proves mutually beneficial for our customers and Incotec. As an Account Manager, our customers will benefit even more by having Shawna out in the field managing their accounts on a day to day basis” said, Nick Iwig, Incotec North America Commercial Sales Manager.

Over the next two months Shawna will seamlessly hand over the customer service department to a new Customer Service Lead to be announced in the coming weeks.
