The Northeastern region of Brazil has entered a partnership with Albaugh Brasil to distribution Albaugh’s products to all states in the region.
PH Soluções has also been attending to the Northeastern market with Albaugh’s product since the beginning of the year.
The main goal of this cooperation is to develop the market and sales channel in the region through PH Soluções’ commercial team and its relationship network.
“Fruits and vegetables production and export are very important for Northeastern region. An effective presence of Albaugh in these states is essential,” explained the Commercial Director of Albaugh Brasil, Paulo Tiburcio.
“We will optimize the activities, leveraging the sales and guaranteeing market growth of both companies with a reduction in cost operations and a synergy of the commercial structure,” said Paulo Cesar Padilha, an agronomist and associate at PH Soluções.
Experience of the agrochemicals market, a wide portfolio of products, deep knowledge of its necessities and challenges of products and orientation to achieve higher yields in the business will be the core of this association.
This type of strategic partnership will be fundamental for reaching the goal of growth and contributing significantly to consolidation in the Northeastern region of Brazil. “We have known that we have big potential in that market, but also a lot of difficulties to attend the necessities of the region. We are making a strategic plan to attend to the peculiarities of each niche in an effective way, without generating unnecessary costs for the products. The goal is to offer the product to the final user at the lowest value possible,” said Padilha.
This model of partnership is being implemented for the first time by Albaugh, which will be proposed for other regions and distributors. “Our idea is to have big partners in all strategic production areas of Brazil with a defined exclusive territory of exclusive sales of the Albaugh portfolio,” explained Tiburcio.
