Unizeb Gold of UPL is approved for wheat and barley in Brazil

IndiaMulti-site protective fungicide Unizeb Gold (Mazonzeb) of UPL has been granted registration by the Brazilian authorities for the crops of wheat and barley.
It was published through Act No. 3 of January 5, 2017 by the Enforcement Department of Agricultural Inputs of the General Coordination of Agrochemicals and Related Products in the Union’s Official Gazette on January 9.
Unizeb Gold (Registration No. 18007 at the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply) is recommended for the control of telemorph and blast fungus, both on barley.
The fungicide is already registered in Brazil for the crops of cotton, rice, bananas, potato, citrus, kidney beans, apple, corn, soybeans, tomato and grape. The product can be found, though temporarily with restrictions, in the state of Paraná for the crops of cotton, banana, kidney beans and to target the citrus black spot.
