Lianhe Tech’s wholly owned Singapore in Singapore has registered

By Think Real - On 9th Dec. 2016, Lianhe Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. (Lianhe Tech) announced that the company’s subsidiary set up in Singapore has recently completed the registration formalities and received the certificate of incorporation issued by Singapore Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA).
Subsidiary Name: Lianhe Tech Singapore Pte. Ltd.
Company Registration No.: 201628546C.
Registered Address: 600 North Bridge Road # 23-01 Parkview Square, Singapore (188778)
In July 2016, Lianhe Tech announced that it planned to use the equity fund to invest USD2 million for establishing a wholly-owned subsidiary in Singapore. The establishment of the Singapore subsidiary will serve as an important start for the company's internationalization strategy and also make preparation for the operation in foreign countries and regions in the next step by accumulating corresponding experience in operating foreign companies.
