China exports 160,200 tonnes of paraquat in Q1-Q3 2016

Data showed that after the Chinese Spring Festival holiday in Feb. 2016, the export volume and value of paraquat in China gradually increased during March-June. However, starting from June, they slipped to a large extent and the value decreased more than the volume.
In the first three quarters, the transaction price of paraquat kept falling. In early 2016, the average export price of 42% TK was USD2.07/kg, while it dropped to USD1.58/kg in Sept. That of paraquat 20% AS was USD1.75/kg in early 2016, and it fell to USD1.52/kg in Sept., which rebounded a little over the USD1.36/kg in Aug.
