China’s Jiangsu Chengyang CropScience Ltd. making serious statement regarding patent right of cyproconazole intermediate

ChinaThe company’s process – “preparation method for 1-(4-Chlorophenyl)-2-Cyclopropylpropanon-1 and its intermediate” was granted a patent right in China on October 28, 2015, under the ref ZL201210479107.X. The scope of the patent protection includes the structured alkoxy propylene derivative, the preparation method of the derivative and the method for making 1-(4-Chlorophenyl)-2-Cyclopropylpropanon-1 using the derivative. The patent is protected in both the method and the compound.
For this reason, the company hereby states that any entity or individual’s authorized production and sales of the aforesaid alkoxy propylene derivative, the unauthorized production of 1-(4-Chlorophenyl)-2-Cyclopropylpropanon-1 using the derivative, or the technical transfers of relevant technologies would constitute an infringement upon the patent of the company.
This company is entitled to use all legal means against any patent infringement to safeguard the legal rights of the company.
