SGS acquires Roos+Bijl, the Netherlands

SwitzerlandRoos+Bijl provides engineering & consulting, project management, asset management and legal services for all types of underground infrastructure. Its main clients are in the energy, water, oil & gas, transportation and construction industries.
Founded in 2000 and privately owned, Roos+Bijl has more than 60 highly skilled employees working across the Netherlands. The company is expected to generate 2016 revenues in excess of EUR 7 million.
"This transaction is an excellent fit for our Industrial strategy, and will diversify our portfolio in the Benelux region," said Frankie Ng, CEO of SGS.
