Wynca Plans to Invest RMB 23.5 million in Silicon Industry

On June 13, Wynca announced to sign an agreement with natural person Songjun, from Huichuan Electric Co.,Ltd. Pingwu county, Sichuan Province,(Huichuan Electric) to build Pingwu Country Tianxin Silicon Co,ltd. in the Pingwu County, Sichuan Province(Tentative name: Tianxin Silicon Industry), which specials in production and sales of golden silicon.
Tianxin Silicon Industry has a capital asset of RMB 50 million, among which Wynca invests RMB 23.5 million, Huichuan Electric invests RMB 22.5 million, Mr. Songjun invest RMB 4 million respectively.
Tianxin Silicon Industry project will be divided into two stages, one stage is to produce about 20 thousand tons high purity silicon with the investment RMB 50 million, which is expected to begin construction in June, 2016 and put into production in June, 2017. The second stage will be considered in the ripe conditions.
