ECHA consults on CLH proposals for glyphosate

The European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) has launched a public consultation on the harmonised classification and labelling proposals for glyphosate.
The new proposal proposes harmonised classification for glyphosate as: Eye Dam. 1, H318, STOT RE 2, H373, Aquatic Chronic 2, H411. ECHA also welcomes comments on other hazard classes, including carcinogenicity, germ cell mutagenicity and reproductive toxicity.
The deadline for comments is 18 July 2016.
