Zhongyi Chemical to build 1,600-ton pesticide technicals & 2,500-ton formulations production facility

Jiangsu Rudong Zhongyi Chemical Ltd has planned to establish pesticide technical production facilities covering 200-ton famoxadone, 200-ton cyazofamid, 200-ton cycloxaprid, 500-ton thiamethoxam, 500-ton pyraclostrobin, as well as formulation production capacity covering 500-ton 250g/L tebuconazole EW and 2,000-ton 430g/L tebuconazole SC. The new build also includes a 2,474-ton by-product production facility. The above projects will be launched within the High-Tech Park of Jiangsu Rudong Coastal Economic Development Zone.

Zhongyi Chemical was founded in January 2001, engaged in development and production of pesticide technical and intermediates. The company has fixed assets of Yuan 12 million with annual sales reaching Yuan 150 million. In 2010, Zhongyi Chemical decided to resettle its existing facilities and the acquired Nantong Longdeng Chemicals in the High-Tech Park of Jiangsu Rudong Coastal Economic Development Zone and to phase out part of old productions. The initiative will eventually result in a production capacity of 1,000-ton tebuconazole, 200-ton pyriproxyfen, 200-ton cyproconazol, 500-ton thiacloprid. Among them, the annual 1,000-ton tebuconazole, 200-ton pyriproxyfen, 200-ton ciproconazol are already put into commercial production while the annual 500-ton thiaclopridis just completed ready for trial production.
