Arysta releases third-generation strobilurin fungicide Evito in China

A grand ceremony was held by Arysta in Zhengzhou on May 27  to launch its plant activin Tytanit® . At the event, Arysta also introduced the new-generation strobilurin fungicide Evito® (660g/l fluoxastrobin + chlorothalonil SC).

Fluoxastrobin is a brand new third-generation strobilurin fungicide, widely used in stem leaf spraying, soil conditioning, and seed dressing. Its period of use is flexible, and it is capable of controlling a variety of diseases. It is fast acting and has a long-lasting effect while remaining safe for crops. 

Arysta owns the Xylem-Pro Technology™ that enables the product to be more systemic and makes the plant healthier. Evito® holds an important position in the strobilurin fungicide sector.

Tytanit® is a patented product that will be sold globally. It contains active titanium, a nutrient element, and sulfide. The product has a good effect on crop yield and quality enhancement.  

The rest of the  product series is expected to be launched in 2016, followed by the release of another product at a different level of concentrate in 2017. Fluoxastrobin is a new addition to the Chinese fungicide market. Furthermore, Arysta will launch a novel fungicide in 2016, to be used for controlling the seedbed and late-stage downy mildew. In 2017, the company will launch more plant activins and functional fertilizers to continue the expansion of its range of total crop solutions.
