Plant Impact plc, a leader in research and development in crop enhancement to create products that growers can rely on to improve the yield and quality of their crops, recently announced the Board appointment of Richard Amos as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director, with effect from 10 May 2016.
Most recently, Richard held the position of Group Finance Director at Anite plc from 2009 until its acquisition by Keysight Technologies in 2015. During Richard’s tenure, Anite grew to become an internationally successful technology group with operations in 14 countries in Europe, Asia, the Americas and the Middle East. Until its acquisition in August 2015 Anite was listed on the main market of the London Stock Exchange.
Richard qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young in 1991, following which his career has featured key Group Finance Director roles at growing, innovative and successful technology companies including Agilisys, Retail Decisions plc and VEGA Group plc. He holds an MA in Management Studies and Engineering from Downing College, Cambridge University.
