Noposion achieves 18.71% net profit increase in 2015, Tian Tian Quan accounts for 7% of total income

ChinaShenzhen Noposion has announced sales income of 2.21 billion yuan, up 0.32% year on year (y-o-y), in its recently released 2015 annual report. Meanwhile, shareholders’ net profits amounted to 230 million yuan, up 18.71% y-o-y.
The conventional business income of Noposion in 2015 fell by 148 million yuan, marking a 6.71% drop y-o-y, mainly attributable to the low sales of paraquat in 2015 versus strong sales in 2014 resulting from the imposition of government regulations. The company’s Tian Tian Quan e-business achieved sales revenue of 155 million yuan, accounting for 7% of the total income.
Under the “Internet+” concept deployed in 2015, Noposion gradually rolled out its rural business coverage and established an agriculture-oriented e-business – Tian Tian Quan. The e-business comprises four online platforms: Tian Tian Store (www.njw88.com), Tian Tian Cloud (data management as well as regional center and VIP membership management), Tian Tian App (social networking/mobile terminal), and Tian Tian Buy (agency purchases). With the growth of the Tian Tian Quan e-business, in 2015, the company also established offline stores to ally with the best county -level distributors and retailers.
For 2016, the company has made preparations to promote its full online operations and offline distribution alliance to shape a more complete internet-based service system. In the meantime, the company will cooperate with more agricultural enterprises domestically and abroad to consolidate a wider range of product resources. The company is determined to utilize advanced formulation technology to develop and launch efficient featured pesticides.
