Mr. Milen Marinov joined Valagro S.p.A as Global Corporate Development Director

ItalyValagro recently announced that Mr. Milen Marinov has taken the position of Global Corporate Development Director, reporting to the CEO – Mr. Giuseppe Natale – for the strategic definition of the M&A opportunities and to the COO – Dr. Prem Warrior – for the business development activities.
Mr. Milen Marinov has joined Valagro after having led the industrial biotech, green agriculture, and emerging industrial technologies investment banking business as part of Jefferies LLC’s Global Chemicals Practice in New York City. Prior to Jefferies, Milen was a member of Lehman Brothers’ biotech banking team. He has extensive experience with both global and growth businesses and has executed on numerous strategic, financing, and business development projects over the years. Milen Marinov started his career as a strategy and management consultant at Deloitte & Touche, Boston. He holds an MBA from Columbia University and Master of Public Policy from Harvard University.
With his broad experience, Mr. Marinov will help Valagro in his exciting path to growth and further strengthen its position as a global leader in the space of biological companies for sustainable agriculture.
