Syngenta announces the closing of the share buy back

SwitzerlandOn October 16, 2015, Syngenta opened a trading line with ISIN CH0299298080 on the SIX Swiss Exchange, for the purpose of repurchasing shares. A total of 231,500 shares have been repurchased as at March 9, 2016.
On February 3, 2016, Syngenta announced the cessation of the share buyback program.
Consequently, Syngenta announced the closing of the trading line with ISIN CH0299298080 on the SIX Swiss Exchange as per March 9, 2016.
