United KingdomEurofins Agrisearch Pty is pleased to announce the acquisition of SCEC Pty Ltd (Northbridge, NSW) by Eurofins Agroscience Services (parent company). The transaction was completed in late January 2016.
The company, to be branded Eurofins SCEC, specialises in the design, management and implementation of research projects for the veterinary industry. The company was founded in 2002 by Dr Sally Colgan and now has extensive facilities in Sydney and Wallacia. It offers services to the animal health industry, both in Australia and internationally, in the development of veterinary medicine and animal welfare.
Martin Collett, Managing Director of Eurofins Agrisearch comments “This acquisition means that we are now well placed to be the leading provider of product development services and technical support to the animal health industry in Australia and globally. With studies conducted to the principles of GLP and GCP, we can now provide an extensive research service in Australia and New Zealand.”
