Bayer CropScience India reported 15 percent decline in its net profit at Rs 150 crore for the quarter ended September 30, due to fall in income.
The company had clocked a net profit of Rs 176.1 crore in the same period of 2014-15. Income from operations during the quarter under review decreased by 5.4 percent to Rs 1,174.6 crore from Rs 1,241 crore in the same period of the previous fiscal, the company said in a BSE filing.
Bayer CropScience operates in three business segments -- crop protection, bio-science and environmental science -- offering range of products and service backup for modern, sustainable agriculture as well as for non-agricultural applications.
