US EPA increases pesticide registration service fees

The U.S. EPA is publishing a revised list of pesticide registration service fees applicable to specified pesticide applications and tolerance actions. Under the Pesticide Registration Improvement Extension Act, the registration service fees for covered pesticide registration applications received on or after October 1, 2015, increase by 5% rounding up to the nearest dollar from the fees published for fiscal year 2015. The new fees for FY'2016 become effective on October 1, 2015.
